The materials in the Biomass Ambassador Guide Appendix include a glossary of terms relating to woody biomass, a lis t of questions and answers from the Wood to Energy Community Forums in Gainesville, Florida, a handout with common conversion s related to using wood for energy, a report on public perceptions research performed in Alachua County, Florida, a copy of the mail survey used in the Alachua County research, and a summary about PRM Energy Inc., an international producer of biomass systems in Arkansas. Biomass Ambassadors and others may use these resources for background information or to supplement the W ood to Energy outreach materials.
