Title:  Program Director, The National Network of Forest Practitioners

Bio:  Scott Bagley is currently Program Director with the National Network of Forest Practitioners (NNFP), a small national organization based in Athens, OH, in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. NNFP provides technical assistance and marketing support to forest cooperatives and other group-based businesses and community-based organizations, with a strong emphasis on peer-to-peer collaboration. Scott coordinates the cooperative development work of NNFP, through the Center for Cooperative Forest Enterprises.

Prior to his work with NNFP, Scott worked for two years with the 170-member Living Forest Cooperative in Ashland, Wisconsin, and four years coordinating community-based forestry programming for Rural Action, an asset-based rural development organization based in Appalachian Ohio.

Scott holds a B.S. from Miami University (Ohio) and an M.S. from the University of Montana.
