Forestry Beyond the Timberline
This workshop provided a platform to facilitate discussion among researchers and others involved in forestry. The themes of this workshop included woodland ecosystems, climate changes as it affects forests, natural forests, afforestation and it’s ecological affects, forestry in rural development, forestry policy and planning, nature conservation, recreation, aesthetics, and the role of forestry in sustainable development and community viability.
